Everything you need to know about reserving your celebratory spa or party experience with Livy’s. If you have additional questions or unique event needs, our team is always here to help.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation are subject to a 50% reservation fee.
What is the maximum group size?
For our standard curated parties and spa sessions, we comfortably accommodate groups from 4 to 16 guests. If you are planning a larger celebratory corporate or private event, please reach out directly for custom arrangements.
Are there additional travel fees?
Travel within a 20-mile radius of our central studio is completely free. For locations outside this range, a modest travel fee of $1.50 per mile applies to cover setup transportation and logistics.

To guarantee your preferred date, theme styling, and session time, we highly recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Weekend booking spots tend to fill up quickly!
