How far in advance should I book my party?

We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and ensure ample time for custom decorations and planning.

Do you provide party locations or travel to us?

We do both! We can host at one of our premium partner venues, or our mobile party planning team can bring the magic straight to your home or backyard.

Can we fully customize the party theme and decorations?

Absolutely! Every party is fully customizable. From whimsical balloon arches to bespoke table settings, we tailor every detail to match your child's favorite themes.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We understand plans change. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 14 days before the event at no extra cost. Cancellations made within 14 days may forfeit the deposit.
